Mondays 9.45 am - Pilates.

Wednesdays 5.15 pm - Gentle Yoga.

Thursdays 9.30 am - Yoga and Pilates flow.

Saturdays 9.30 am - Pilates.

Yoga (Hatha)

This is a general Hatha yoga class. There is a focus on correct alignment breathing, and holding Yoga poses for longer. This live yoga online class will help you reduce back pain, improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and posture, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep. You will feel deeply relaxed after the 10-minute meditation at the end of class. This class is perfect for pregnancy and seniors.

60-minute class. With a 15-minute meditation at the end. Perfect for all levels, especially beginners and pregnancy yoga.

Our live-stream yoga hatha classes are on Wednesdays at 9 am.

Pilates (with Balls & Bands)

The main focus in Jodie’s Pilates classes is strengthening your core, legs, hips, and back. This includes the front and side abdominal muscles, lower back, buttocks, and pelvic floor. We also practice sculpting of the thighs and arms with our Pilates exercises. Our live-stream Pilates class includes various exercises with Pilates balls and resistance bands for more variety and fun. The class is slow-paced with constant instructions on breathing and correct bracing (engaging of core) to help you perform the exercises safely and effectively.

45-minute class. Includes 10-minute stretching at the end.

Pilates live-stream class with balls and resistance bands on Tuesdays at 9 am.

Russell Island Pilates classes use resistance bands and balls, suitable for beginners, and women over 50. On Mondays at 9.45 am, Thursdays at 9.30 am, and Saturdays at 9.30 am.

Pilates and Yoga Mixed Class

Kevala Health’s Pilates and Yoga combined online class is on Fridays at 9 am. In this live-stream yoga and Pilates class, you will blend strength-building Pilates with Yoga poses, followed by gentle restorative yoga poses, and guided meditation at the end.

The perfect combination of strength, balance, core, and relaxation in one class.

Kevala Health incorporates Aromatherapy in some yoga classes to help enhance peace, positivity, and self-care.
