5 Standing Resistance Band Workouts for Legs and Hips

Resistance band workouts are one of the best ways to work out at home, offering a wide range of exercises for the whole body.

These versatile bands come in different levels, ranging from light to extra heavy. The correct band is the one that lets you complete 12 to 15 reps with good form.

The following five standing exercises are the perfect workout for the legs, hips, and core. Plus you will improve your balance with these top five standing workouts.

The 5 Best Standing Exercises for Lower Body

  1. Squats with resistance band

  2. Modified deadlifts with band

  3. Side leg lifts

  4. One-leg pushdown balance

Before you begin this workout, here are some important tips.

  1. Engage the core by gently squeezing the pelvis floor and drawing the navel to the spine.
