No squats in this Pilates Abs and Booty workout. Relax at the end with some standing stretches.

Important Tips For Ab and Booty Exercises
Engage your core by drawing the navel to the spine and activate the pelvic floor muscles to get stronger in the core.

You can hold a chair if you need help with the balance Pilates exercises.
Place the video on pause after I demonstrate each Pilates Abs and Booty exercise, so you can take your time, doing more repetitions and sets.
