Full Moon Release Live-stream Yoga Classes

Kevala Health’s Full Moon online yoga classes and meditations will each have its own themes every month. Surrender to the divine and deeply release and relax. Tune into your emotions, let go of your past and forgive.

Click on the dates you want to join for a Full-moon Restorative yoga class. Some Full Moon Restorative online classes will be the same zoom codes as usual yoga classes. Sundays and Thursday nights will be a new class zoom code.
