Booking your Online Yoga Class | Australia
Are you a beginner with live-stream pilates and yoga classes?
Read our guide below before you begin your first live-stream Pilates or yoga class for the best experience.
Before you begin our live Pilates and yoga classes you will need a free Zoom account on your computer or phone. You can sign up for Zoom for free here before you begin with Kevala Health online classes. Only sign up for the free account. If you are using your phone, then sign up here for the zoom cloud meetings app.
Sign in to your Zoom account, click on JOIN, and add our meeting/class ID.
Sign in at least 10 minutes before class to get ready and comfortable. You may have some questions for the teacher who signs in 5 minutes before class starts.
Check your sound is on. You can go into zoom settings and increase the volume (under speaker output level). Also, you can change it on your phone or computer.
These online yoga and Pilates classes are Zoom webinars and you won’t be visible to others. You will only see the teacher, so it’s a very private and professional online class. No distractions!
We don’t play music in our live Pilates and Yoga classes. You may choose to have your own music playing in the background as we all have different tastes in music!
If you have any questions you can contact Kevala Health before your yoga or pilates class or chat online with the Zoom chat icon key at the bottom of the ‘Q&A’ key.
We recommend you have a practice run with Zoom before your first class.
