Special porridge Muesli
You can mix all ingredients together, place them in a large container, and keep it for a while. I love this porridge muesli mix, as it’s super healthy, satisfying and a great way to start your day.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of chopped nuts (Either Pecan or Walnuts or Almonds)
2 cups of Oats
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1-2 cups chopped dates
1/4 Flax or LSA mix
1 cup quinoa flakes
2-3 tsp cinnamon &/or Nutmeg
NOTES: You can have this cold, mixed with plant-based milk or heat up like a porridge.
